On the issue of telecommuting, unfortunately, the project manager this position will report to is one of those guys that likes to see your smiling face everyday, so you'll need to be on-site everyday.

This is the #2 banking capital in the USA and eyeing to take over #1.

Good schools, low taxes, low crime, low housing cost, great weather.  2 hours to snow and 3 hours to the beach.
