Linking Domain Model Attributes to Wireframes

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is a method of linking attributes (defined as part of a domain model), to wireframes, and displaying the name of the attribute as part of the wireframe? This would be useful for us to ensure that the wireframes are using the correct terminology for the fields etc.
