SODA vs EA

I built an EA project made of 3 packages, for example:
+ paperino
 -----qui
 -----quo
 -----qua
I wrote a rtf file "paperino.rtf" with 3 paragraph: qui, quo and qua.

With SODA (read RATIONAL SUITE) i can insert code, wrote in SODA, inside each paragraph to catch information contained in a specific package of the project. In my example i can insert in paragraph named "quo" the information contained inside the package "quo".
EA have the same features??? In case of an affermative answer, how can i do??? Is there a manual???
