How do I set the start page (diagram) that displays when I open my project?

Open the diagram you want.

Then from the main menu (there is no context menu equivalent) choose Diagram | Set as Model Default.

Supposedly, you can also designate which diagrams are opened, and which will be selected, when you do a Save Project As operation. There are a few more options you can set. The Help button will take you to the correct page.

For some reason these options are only available when you create a shortcut (EA help also calls this a proxy) to your model. The appropriate options are disabled on the dialog until you choose the Shortcut option.

Thanks.  The "Diagram / Set As Default Model" did the trick.
