Does EA export to visio?

Hi everyone,

I prefer using EA, in order for others who do not have this software to be involved (view, edit etc) i have been asked if EA can be exported to the visio format.  Is this possible?  I haven't found any information to support this.

You can not export the UML model to visio, that would require that Visio is able to read XMI data which it is not (at least not 2003 which is installed here).

You can however export diagrams in windows meta format and then import them in visio.
You will loose all UML model information in the diagrams and objects, of course and all you get is some square and round visio shapes.
