What is "sequence" in SysML Interaction toolbox?
« on: April 11, 2008, 12:26:54 am »
Hi all,

I am trying to understand how the SysML Interaction toolbox element called sequence differs from message.  The SysML Interaction toolbox appears (upper left) when I am editing a SysML Sequence diagram. I was not able to find documentation on sequence.

I am building SysML blackbox sequence diagrams for the first time.

Thanks and regards,

Owen

Owen,

Pull down the specification and XMI profiles from: http://www.omg.org/technology/documents/formal/sysml.htm

Check 12.2.1 and 12.4.1 for a quick overview.

You might also want to download the [large!] tutorial from: http://www.omgsysml.org/#Publications

No, you can't have it!
