Removing unwanted version control 'Unique ID'?

Does anyone know how to remove an unwanted 'Unique ID' from the version control settings dialog?

If you mean you've got a version control configuration ID in the combo box and don't want it to appear there anymore: I don't know of any official way, but they are stored in the registry under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Sparx Systems\EA400\EA\OPTIONS\VCConfigs. This is an xml string from which you can remove the unwanted tag.
