Class and RTF template mapping

In the Data model RTF template there are references to {Att.Length} {Att.Precision}. WHere are these values set in EA. I want to make use of them.  I don't see it anywhere in the attribute detail of the classes.

I also need to be able to identify a element as required (or not) and editable in the UI (or not) any idea on where to put this info in the attribute detail to make use of in the RTF template?
