Tracking requirements through design and associate
« on: June 23, 2008, 03:02:50 pm »
We are looking for a tool which will help teams keep a tab on the requirements and their translation in to design in an environment where multiple sub projects will be created as spin offs of a collective requirement set (with some integration and functional overlaps).

The features the tool should sport apart from ability to model UML include
•      Track requirements across these streams
•      Maintain version control
•      Track changes
•      Identify the impact of CR to a requirement on all design elements dependent on it across streams.
•      Allow collaborations between onsite and offshore.
•      Automatically genarate RTM and manage it

Can you please let me know how EA measures up to the features we are looking for.

Thanks and regards
Naveen Konduri

I can't answer your specific questions, but I recommend looking at the whitepapers on our website, because they will answer some of your questions.

And look up RAQuest in the Partners section of the Sparx site. [If it is not in partners or third party add-ins, look around. It's there someplace.]
No, you can't have it!
