Edit creates small red triangle

Hi,

I've just editted some entities in a model, which resulted in a small inverted red triangle appearing above them. I've done a search on help and forums, but have no idea what it is.

Basically, I want to remove it. Can someone tell me what it is and how to get rid of it?
