How does Sparx reverse class diagram

How does Sparx (v7.0) reverse engineer one complete class diagram with java source files including all sub-folders. It appears that Sparx only reverse engineers single folder at a time without including all sub-folders. This creates a problem if one tries to see the complete class diagram for all java files in the source tree structure.

Check the options on the import dialog. Also browse the Tools | Options pages related to Source Code Engineering. It's there...
