EA Corporate Floating License
« on: August 12, 2008, 10:58:04 pm »
Hello everybody,

I´ve bought 10 corporate floating licenses of Ea 7.1. Now I want to manage the licenses using Key Store Application. I´ve already downloaded it and tried to run the exe-file. The apllication wants to have a password but I didn´t get one.

Does anybody can help me?
Thank a lot

Did you get credentials in an email? You normally get these from either Sparx or from the vendor you bought the licenses through. [I just don't remember whether a password for the keystore is delivered this way.]
No, you can't have it!

Well, it was worth asking. I set this up for a client a while back - I don't have any use for the floating license on my own - but they had all the various 'things' ready. I never thought to ask where each came from.

I suggest you send an email to either (or both) Sparx support or sales. You'll find both addresses at the bottom of the About Us page. The Sparxians should be starting work in a few hours, so remember to check back on the forum - please paste in the URL of this thread - and your return email after business hours have started in Australia.

If Sparx does not reply on this forum thread, please post back to let the rest of us know where to look.
