Only one instance of an element in a diagram

Hello all,

During pasting of second element's instance into a deployment diagram I got following error:

This diagram already contains an instance of the element you are trying to paste.
Currently, only one instance is supported, so you cannot paste the element here.

Unfortunately, I have a deployment where same component instances occur in different nodes, but all nodes are currently inside the same deployment diagram.

Is there any workaround how to manage this? I don’t want to create several UML components referring to the same physical component.
