Contraints for Table Attributes

Greetings:

Is there a reason why a Table attribute can not have a Details and Constraints tab (like an Entity-Attribute)? I'd like to uniformly report on constraints across Tables (which do have these tabs) and their respective data (attributes). Is there any way I can 'turn this on'?
