VC: Atomic check in over more packages

Hi, EA users,

we are using Enterprise Architect with Subversion for version control.
The models are saved in the version control using the recommended method of saving each package as a separate XMI file with stubs.

When we work on the models we will do changes on more than one package. These changes should be checked in as one atomic action.

Is that possible with EA? Currently I select all changed packages and click the right button to "Check in" the packages. But - the multi selection is discarded when I click the right button - though only one package is checked in.
