Error Accessing the Key store

Hi

I am using Enterprise Architect 7 Corporate Edition, 2 user floating license.

When trying to open Sparx it gives e an error saying 'Error accessing the key store... key file has been moved'...

This is abit confuing seeing that I could open Sparx yesterday and that I can browse to the sskeys.dat file.
When I try to re add the license it says 'Error Reading Key Store File'

Any suggestions?

The keystore is locked to its physical location on the disk, so if for any reason there's been a backup/restore you would encounter this issue.

Hi, I have the same problem...some clients can read the key store but others can't do it. I've tried installing the key store on a regular Pc and it works fine.

This company MUST have the key store on a Server with a Raid solution...
Any hint?
