Diagrams reduced in size in RTF generated docs

When I generate RTF documents (using any template) my diagrams are all reduced to 63% or 64% of the original size.  I tried the "scaled printing" settings in the Diagram properties but it makes no difference.  How can I keep my diagrams full size in my RTF docs?

(I am still using ver 7.0.815 due to some corporate licensing issues. I will upgrade as soon as I can.)

Any ideas?  
I have a lot of diagrams and I don't want to have to resize the images individually in the final output.

what about if you use the rtf template that is A3? The diagrams might not need to be reduced so much...
