How to upgrade EA Pro ver 6.5 to ver 7.1 ??

I have a registered, but current un-supported Professional ver of EA (version 6.5).  I understand that I need to get/purchase support to be able to upgrade to 7.1.  However, none of the Emails that I have sent over the past few weeks to [email protected] have been returned.
How does a registered user go about getting support so that they can upgrade.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just checked the Sparx site. The mirror I am on shows the email address without the trailing ".au" appended. Try the address on this license page and see if you get a response.

If not, perhaps you could send a message to Sparx support. We know they are listening.

Remember that Sparx is in the Land of AUS, so you should remember that their weekend might be offset a bit (particularly if you are in the Americas).
