Synch Updates Report for Reverse Engineer
« on: February 26, 2009, 10:09:54 am »
I'm looking for a report of changes made to the model while Synchronizing Package Contents - Reverse Engineer (source -> model).

In EA 7.1, when I select "Code Engineering", then "Synchronize Package with Code...", then "Reverse Engineer (source -> model)" and click "OK", EA does a great job of pulling in all the changes.  I love it.  Now I just need a report of what changes were made during the process (what was updated).  Is this possible?

If you enable auditing, including auditing reverse engineering then that will track the changes made into your model.

The Basic with Auditing report can then report on it.  (Or you can add auditing information to your own rtf report.)
