I received updated WSDL from a partner - now what?

I have built a model (including quite a few sequence diagrams) using  some UML constructs that came into being by way of some WSDL sent to me by a business partner.  I now have updated WSDL.   It isn't obvious or apparent to me how I can now import the updated WSDL without re-creating those objects, which would be very bad   , since then I'd basically have to recreate all my sequence diagrams.

Any helpful hints or suggestions appreciated.
