Layout changed after Saving and Reopening

Hi,
Let's say I have a DialogFrame, which has panel with BMP image. After I add a new Package into the project, it resizes the items in the DialogFrame. If I have two DialogFrames, then their layout are also rearranged, after add, save, reopen.
Anyways, to change this "default behavior", to fix everything I have created without any changes by adding a new package, save and close project?
