Project Browser confused on ClearCase status

I am using EA with ClearCase.  I just upgraded to 7.5 (845) and am seeing a new issue.

I have a package that has been checked out to me since February.  Just yesterday, EA has started reporting that it is not checked out to me (package has black with gold key icon).  If I try and check it out, I get this message:

"The selected package cannot be checked out at this time. The associated XMI package file is already checked out."

When I locate the associated XMI file in my ClearCase View, CC correctly shows the file as checked out to me.

Why does the Project Browser think that it is not checked out to me?  Please help!
