Nested projects within Visual Studio 2005 Solution Folders now appear in connections dialog.
Improved handling of Visual Studio solutions being moved to a different folder.
Added support for merge of Enum and Struct definitions.
Fixed various issues related to merge dialog, including ensuring that only elements selected for merge should be imported.
Added support for new VS2003 connections on PCs where VS2005 has been installed.
Resolved issue opening Visual Studio elements where the link between the EA package and the Visual Studio project had been created in MDG Visual Studio Integration.
