HTML Report Special Tags?

I have a communication diagram with sequenced messages. I'm trying to get the messages (especially the notes!) to appear on the page in a table similar to what comes out of the RTF generator. I can find the HTML template I want to change - it's named "Body - Diagram", so should just need to add the appropriate special tag just below #NOTE# at the bottom of the template. However, I have no idea what the correct tag name might be. Two questions:
1. Where can I find documentation of the special tags?
2. Does the tag I want even exist?
