There's a great function called RTF documentation, right click on your diagram -> documentation -> Diagrams only report.

Or by using the HTML output, then the diagram is exported as PNG or GIF and then you can just insert it to word. Although this option will cause loss of quality of the image.

Another option is to put the parts of all diagrams on different 'pages' in your diagram and print it to a PDF or the standard Microsoft Image Writer (TIFF) printer :).

Hope this helps!

Is this a new feature? In my EA 7.0, there is no "documentation" menu entry upon the right click on a diagram.

Yes and no. You select the Diagram Only report by right-clicking on the parent PACKAGE in the Project Browser, and then selecting the Documentation submenu. This is available in release 7.0.

However, from release 7.1 you can also select a Divide Diagram Into Multiple Pages checkbox on the Diagram tab of the Diagram Properties dialog. This breaks your diagram up so that it can be easily printed in an RTF report generated on the package or element that contains the diagram. You can then take the report - or parts of it - into a Word document.
