847: Duplicate items in package display

On one model that I use often, but not on a daily basis, the default diagram displays a number of packages with the contents visible within.

On some of them (as it happens the ones in the lower half of the diagram) the items in the package (such as subordinate packages and elements) are duplicated.  In the browser they are NOT duplicated and a quick check of the .EAP file shows they're not duplicated there either.

I hadn't really noticed when it came in, but probably not before 7.5 - possibly it just came in with 847.

This is an old model (about 5 years old).

Anyone seen anything like it?

Any ideas what might be causing it?
