Configuration of dropdowns in Requirement object

Good day,
I would like to know how to configure the list of values present in the dropdowns in the object properties, in partcular:
- Difficulty (High, Medium, Low)
- Priority (High, Medium, Low)

I would like to add one value "OOTB" to the Difficulty dropdown and change the priorities adding "Critical".
