Realized Items in Database

Does anyone know what table or tables in the EAP database contains the list of Information Flows that can be realized on an Association connection.  I can see them when I right-click the connection and select Advanced and select Information Flows Realized, but can't find the connection or relationship in the database.  I coverted the EAP database to an MS Access 2007 Database.  Can anyone help?
