Style List changing arbitrarily

Anyone else seen this?

I'm using appearance styles and have added to the styles list in the dropdown in the format tool.

Occasionally, the set of styles in the list changes to a set that doesn't seem related to the project I'm working on.  Haven't been able to track down a pattern, yet.

BTW: I often have more than one instance of EA open (often from different repositories), if that's of any consequence.  The list of styles is not related to any of the open instance of EA (as far as I can tell).
