Indexing concurrent flow in collaboration diagram
« on: March 28, 2009, 03:34:14 pm »
How to illustrate two concurrent flow in collaboration diagram?

As i know, UML use the sequence number like:
1.1a
1.1b

To show two concurrent and asynchronous call.
How can i make it in EA?

Hi.

what about colour... thinking that if they are concurrent then colour is a good expression; what looks different we understand.

I have also seen line height used but EA doesn't seem to lend itself ... it's very 2D and single layered.

I think that cuz a lot of 'Analysis and Design' folkies need paper to get approvals.  Probably ooh'nick, compulsive Keyboard bashers who just hands the 'model' to some poor intern to produce a reasonably working peice of genius machination.

Imagine 3D sequence chart, with life lines extending up.   Communication Summary Diagrams provide an ideal floor or surface plan.

Have discovered Identifiers, Operators, Punctuation and white space... in my Operation Parser. Will deal with String literals and comments very shortly. .. mmm Oslo Quadrant 2kX. . Event Generators.
