In my experience myEclipse is packaged a little differently to Vanilla Eclipse, and some of the OSGI bundles that MDG integration expects are missing or named differently (I don't have a detailed knowledge about the internals of myEclipse sorry).

The person I was working with managed to get MDG integration working by first installing the plain Eclipse version that matched what ships with MyEclipse (from www.eclipse.org), and then installing MyEclipse on top of it through Eclipse's update manager (see the instructions "To Install Using Eclipse Update Site" on the MyEclipse download page).

They then installed MDG Integration and everything worked as expected.
