Are there any relationship issue in classes?

Hi Friend,

In the diagram a candidate has to go through serveral interviews before
he gets selected for the job?

I have shown multiplicities... I find some relationships are too general...
therefore could you prvide some feedback on weather i should remove the
certain based classes and change multiplcities...etc?
