Actor Stereotypes
« on: January 13, 2010, 12:26:44 am »
Hello,

I am trying to use a stereotype in an actor at the use case diagram, but when I define the stereotype it do not appear together the actor name. Someone knows how to do it?

If you want to show stereotypes on the actor you'll have to set the notation to rectangular.
Right Click/Advanced/Use Rectangular Notation

EA does not show stereotypes on "stickman" actor notations.

Hi zxt,

While what Geert says is true (unfortunately).  You can make the stereotypes "visible" by rendering them with either colouration shape scripts.   See Settings|UML...|Stereotypes  This works even in "stick-man" notation.
