Attach worker process

Hi - We are using EA 7.5. We have an existing source code which is developed using .net 3.5. I have been trying from past 4 days to generate a sequence diagram by attaching to the asp.net worker process. EA tool keeps on crashing and in few instances when it doesn't crash it does nothing ( no messages in the output window)

Can anyone help me how we can debug WCF services in EA tool and generate the sequence diagram.

Any help is highly appreciated!
