Hiring UML folks - where to post?

Does anybody have any good suggestions where a company looking to hire UML folks could post?

I'd guess that depends on where you intended to draw your candidates from. Globally? USA only? Dinner High Plains, Victoria, Australia?  Also, what skills do you want the candidates to have? And contract, fixed term or permanent positions?

If you know of a university or company that generates the kind of people you want, get as close as possible to them. (In the 'olden days' ICL in Bracknell invested a lot of time and effort in training Technical Authors. Companies wanting good TA's just advertised in the Bracknell newspapers!)

Otherwise, vet the Recruitment Agencies in your nearest capital city and see if any of them know what you are talking about when you describe the position you want filled. Or try SEEK Jobsearch online.

I suspect that mentioning your needs on this very page might have pricked a few ears up!

Well, mostly I wanted to see if posting such a query on this board would be met with interest or flamethrowers - some boards get very huffy about job postings.

I've seen some job postings on the linkedin groups "Enterprise Architect (Sparx Systems) User Group " and "UML Lovers" as well.
You might want to try those as well.

PS. I could've been interested as well, but the commute (Antwerp-Wichita) would be a bit of an issue
