Remember Model transformation settings?
« on: April 01, 2010, 10:51:26 pm »
Every time I make a little change to my transformation script, I run it and output the intermediary file. Unfortunately I have to set Transformation, Target Package and "Include all children" everytime again which really begins to burden me now... How to let EA simply remeber all settings? Perhaps it's a bug, because it remebers the "Perform Transformations on result" checkbox as well as path to intermediary file...

The issue occurs when checking "Include All Children". Then it suddenly remembers something and overwrites your already made selection. Only way is to check "Include all children" first, then choose output folder.

A debug mode or something like that to quickly test the changes made to  transformation/code generation templates would be very helpful because the current way to do it slows down that process seriosly. It would be also very nice if the dialog would remember completely the last state one left it...
