Alternate Image with Transparent background?

Hi,

I am trying to use an alternative image as the background on an element. The picture is in PNG format with an transparent background. When I add the picture to 'Image Manager' the background become solid white.

How can I add a picture with a transparent background, so that it 'looks nice' in diagrams?
