Resizing Elements

I'm using the DoDaf Module for Sparx 7.5 and I'm working on Operational Activity Models and every time I add an action, the element is very long horizontally and extends past my partition.  I tried to resize the action, but it always goes right back to its original size.

I went to Feature Visibility and selected "Wrap Features" under the "When Resizing Elements" section, but it still won't resize.

Any suggestions?

Yes - I have this same problem. Elements seem to have a minimum size and we are UNABLE TO make it smaller than that minimum size.
