Tests in Relationship Matrix
« on: June 18, 2010, 11:45:59 pm »
Hi,

I have a model with various requirements several of which have (System) tests associated with them. I wanted to get an overall view of traceability from requirements to tests so I opened the Relationship Matrix and selected 'Requierment' as the Source type and 'Test' as the Destination. This gave me a list of requirements down the left of the screen but absolutely nothing across the top where the tests should be.

Does anyone know why this is or alternatively how to get my tests to be displayed in this view?

Keith

Sounds like you have tests set up "internally" to the requirement elements.   The relationship matrix can't reference these.  You would need to set up specific test case elements and link these to your requirement elements, then you would see the relationships in the matrix.
