Trial version shows Your evaluation period expired

I have downloaded and installed EA trial version 8. When I click on EA icon to start, it shows message 'Your evluation period has expired'. Can anyone provide some more details in this regard.

Try contacting Sparx support (you can use the bug report link on the bottom of the page)

I also just downloaded the evaluation version today and had the same issue.
 :(

Presumably you once installed an earlier trial version on the same PC. Contact our sales team and they will be able to sort you out with a trial extension key.

I had never even heard of the product before last week. So it has never been installed on any system I use.  :-/

Just as well I am supposed to get an official license (from work) some time in the next week or so. If I have issues at that time, tech support will be hearing from me.
