Data Model Table Import

I'm able to successfully transfer a table within my data model from one project to another.  Export from one, Import into the other.  

However, I cannot take a spreadsheet, or xml file or .csv file of data and import it into EA to create a new table.  I've even tried to edit my XMI extract to see if that route would work.  I've had no success.  

Has anyone had success in importing data tables?  It will be great if we can take a spreadsheet of data elements and import these into to create our Data Model Tables.  :-/

Go onto the Community Site - Geert Bellekens has provided a starter for Excel importing...

However tables are a bit more complicated...
