remove Actor heritage
« on: August 18, 2010, 02:44:20 am »
Egads - it's been over a year since I used Sparx.
I am trying to define some business processes - I don't need to code or test from this, I just need to show the business line their process.

When I drag an actor onto a diagram, it will have in parantheses where it came from.  How can I get that "heritage" to go away?  It clutters up the page and is unnecesary for the business line to see.

thanks in advance for any help,
leslie

Hi Leslie,

Try the following:

1. Double-click the diagram to get the Diagram Properties dialog to display.
2. On the "Diagram" tab, uncheck "Show Namespace".
3. Click "OK".

Your actor should now be "disinherited"!
