Assigning Function to Blocks

Hi;
I am using the Systems Engineering Edition to develop block diagrams, and I want to be able to show in the block my allocated functions rather than having to explicity define operations and show my allocated components as parts rather than having to explicity define attributes. I can do it in other tools, and it is a basic SysML specification construct, but I cannot find how to do it in any of the EA user documentation.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
