RTF Report Table of Contents Spacing

How do you adjust the line spacing within the Table of Contents in an RTF report?  I have tried selecting the TOC content in the master template, then going to paragraph spacing.  However, when I adjust the spacing, no results are seen in the actual generated report.  Is there a trick to this?  Thanks.

Your approach of adjusting the ToC styles (note you may need to change ToC 1, ToC 2, ToC 3, etc) should have worked.
You can try exporting the master template, editing it in a (very recent) version of Word and reimporting it. YMMV
