Table of Contents
« on: November 02, 2010, 02:31:37 am »
I insert the table of contents into the RTF template that I am using and it gives me this:

{Pkg.Name}...........................................................      3
1.    {Element.LevelNumber} {Element.Alias}: {Element.Name}       3

I however, want it to be only this

{Pkg.Name}..............................................................      3

I want to keep the element item checked so I can see the elements in the document, but there does not seem to be a way to have the element in the document but NOT listed in the TOC.??

Does this seem so hard??? I can't believe it, but I think it's impossible.  :o

Somebody please prove me wrong.  :-/

AND .. I do NOT want to do it manually in microsoft word either..

Thanks.

Crush,

Go to the element title in the RTF template.  Select it, and it will show you that it is a Heading format.  Change this to something other than a Heading.  This will remove it from the Table of Contents.
