Generating reports on element level

Working on mock up screens which are made up of various elements like labels, buttons, panels etc. For each of them, we are adding functional requirements in the Notes section.

Is there a way I can extract that information in a Requirement report? or any other kind of report? I am going to play around with the Model or the Report template to see if that helps.
