Error while Synchronizing .EAP file.

Hi,
I am having replica of .EAP file which I am trying to synchronize with Design master.
while Synchronizing I am getting error as
'Diagram has been modified by another user. It will remain locked against modification until it is reploaded.'
I tried reploading the project but still it gives same error
