When I am comparing my current model against a baseline using the Compare Utility is there way to export the results to either a HTML or RTF format? I know I can export the results to an XML file but it isn't very useful for someone to read through the XML file.

I don't think there an option to do so right now.

There are XML compare utilities out there. I haven't found any to be considered as really useful but you may have more luck searching for such a thing today. I personally don't think that any XML compare can help as the abstraction levels of a graphically documented UML model and its XML representation are differing too much.
