Entity Relationship Diagrams

I'm playing around with the trial version of Enterprise Architect and am running it in Professional mode, and I am unable to figure out how to create ER Diagrams. The user guide outlines the process by which they can be created, but when I try this myself, there is no trace of any of the options described here.
