EA Project Database Deployment

We are going to be using EA in our consulting company, we have a number of clients and a number of projects. Which is a better deployment:
1: 1 Database for all project
2: A seperate database for each project

There are a number of designs that we try to share across client projects. There is also the addon called ProjectWeaver that looks like it would support option 2
